While currently available in 100cc and 125cc variants, reports and online buzz suggest that Hero MotoCorp could be preparing to launch a more powerful Hero Splendor 150cc model. If confirmed, this would mark a major upgrade for the country’s best-selling two-wheeler, offering more power and performance while retaining its commuter DNA.
Expected Hero Splendor 150cc Price in India
Although no official confirmation has been made by Hero MotoCorp, automotive experts speculate that the Hero Splendor 150cc could be priced between ₹95,000 and ₹1.10 lakh (ex-showroom). This would position it above the current Super Splendor Xtec 125cc model but still within reach of daily commuters. If launched at this price point, it would become the most affordable 150cc motorcycle with a practical commuter orientation.
Engine and Performance Expectations
The Hero Splendor 150cc is expected to come with a newly developed air-cooled, single-cylinder engine, likely delivering around 13 bhp of power and 12 Nm of torque, making it more capable on highways compared to the 100cc and 125cc models.
